3DPrintShop.in is an online 3D printing store run by Sitaram 3D Lab. We sell ready-made 3D printed products — keychains and bag tags, home decor, pooja idols and decor, desk and gaming accessories — and print custom designs to order. Everything is printed in our own lab after you order and delivered across India.
Yes. If you have a 3D model, upload the STL file to our instant quote tool — you see the price straight away, starting at ₹199, and can choose PLA or PETG, the print size (up to 256 mm), quality and infill. No model? Use the Lab to design a photo or name keychain, a photo lithophane or a name sign online, or send us your idea on WhatsApp.
It depends mainly on the size of the object, the material and how solid it is printed. Custom prints from an STL file start at ₹199 and the quote tool prices your exact model instantly. Ready-made products, including keychains, show their price on each product page, and custom keychains and signs get a live price as you design them.
Most products are printed in PLA on FDM printers, in solid colours or multi-colour — our keychains use up to four colours. For custom prints from your own file you can also choose PETG, which is tougher and handles heat better. Lithophanes are printed in white PLA so they glow evenly when backlit.
Yes. We print branded merchandise, corporate gifts, event giveaways and return gifts in bulk. Send us the design or product you want, the quantity and your deadline on WhatsApp or through the contact form, and we will come back with a quote and timeline.
Our store is at Sahastradhara Heights, Kulhan, Dehradun, and our head office and lab is in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh. We are open every day from 10 am to 8 pm. Wherever you are in India you can also order online and we will deliver to your door.
Every item is printed after you order. Printing, finishing and packing take 2–5 business days, then courier delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro cities, 4–7 business days to other cities and up to 8 business days to remote areas. Large custom and bulk orders can take longer — we will tell you if yours will.
Delivery is free on orders of ₹199 or more. Below that, delivery is ₹49 when you pay online and ₹69 with cash on delivery.
Once your order ships, we send the tracking ID by email and by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also enter your order details on our Track Order page any time to see its status and courier updates. Courier tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
Our online checkout delivers within India. For orders to other countries, message us before ordering — we will confirm whether we can deliver there and quote the shipping, which depends on the country, weight and courier. Import duties and customs charges are paid by the customer, and international orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged.
Yes, COD is available across India. A ₹39 cash-handling fee applies to COD orders, and below ₹199 delivery is ₹69 instead of ₹49. Paying online avoids both.
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, and net banking, all processed securely by PayU. If a UPI payment is deducted but the order still shows as pending, please do not pay again — payments are confirmed automatically within minutes, and you can contact us with the order number.

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. Once the returned product reaches us it is inspected and the return is approved within 2 days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer. Custom and personalised items, and orders delivered outside India, cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the package and product, and we will arrange a replacement or another resolution. Recording a video while you open the parcel makes this much quicker.
Orders go into production quickly, so they generally cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. If you need a change, message us on WhatsApp straight away with your order number — if printing has not started yet, we will check what we can do.
