Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with every print. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders from 3DPrintShop.in.

01Returns
We have a 5-day return policy: you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start one, message us with your order number (see how to request a return).
02Inspection and approval
Once the returned product reaches us, it is inspected and the return is approved within 2 days. We will let you know whether your return has been approved.
03Refunds
If your return is approved, you are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, the refund is paid by UPI or bank transfer — we will ask you for the details.
04Damaged, broken or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, has items missing or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the package and the product. We will arrange a replacement or another resolution.

05Custom and personalised orders
Items made to your specification — such as name keychains, photo keychains and lithophanes, name signs and prints from your own design files — are not eligible for returns or refunds. If one arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the damaged-items process above still applies.
06International orders
Orders delivered outside India are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please check the product details, size and colour carefully, and ask us about anything you are unsure of before ordering. If an international order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, the damaged-items process above still applies.
