Shipping Policy

We deliver to all states and cities in India, and worldwide.

International orders are priced in US dollars (USD) and shipped with Delhivery International. Choose your country at checkout to see whether we deliver there. International orders are not eligible for returns, except for items that arrive damaged (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

How international payment works

1. Place your order at checkout. You are not charged at this point.
2. Within 12 hours, we email you a secure payment link for the order total. You can pay by card or bank transfer through our international payments partner, Skydo.
3. We print and dispatch your order as soon as your payment clears.

We only send payment links from an @3dprintshop.in email address, for exactly your order total. Never pay anyone else for an order.

Within India

• Free delivery on orders of ₹199 or more.
• Below ₹199: ₹49 when you pay online, or ₹69 with cash on delivery.
• Cash on delivery orders also carry a ₹39 cash-handling fee.

The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

International

• A flat $49.00 per order, with free international shipping on orders of $150.00 or more.
• Import duties and taxes are not included. Your country’s customs charges them and the recipient pays them on delivery.

Most of our products are 3D printed after you order, so processing includes manufacturing time.

• Processing time: 2–5 business days.
• Bulk and custom orders may take longer — we will let you know if yours will.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

After your order is dispatched:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: up to 8 business days
• International: 10–15 business days after payment, depending on customs clearance and local couriers

We ship with Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and India Post within India, and with Delhivery International to other countries. The courier is chosen by delivery location and serviceability.

Once your order ships, we send the tracking ID by email, and by SMS or WhatsApp if you have opted in. You can also check your order any time on the Track Order page. Courier tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first update.

Couriers usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable or an unreachable phone number, the parcel may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges will apply.

Please give a complete address with landmark, the correct PIN code and an active phone number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, or with items missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• an unboxing video, and
• photos of the package and the product.

We will arrange a replacement or another resolution.

International customers are responsible for import duties, customs taxes and handling fees charged in their country. These are not included in the product price or the shipping charge.
